Responsible for a number of departments within the group, those being Technical Operations, Database Administration & Engineering, Unix Support, Windows Support, Live Site Application Support, Network Security and System Engineering (including Data Centre support and the Intranet) , Quality Assurance and End User Computing. Many of these departments provided engineering, administration and support for the Development, Quality Assurance and Production environments.

Ensured the efficient operation of the production teams using a 24x7 follow-the-sun approach, with strategic off-shoring in Argentina.
